Additional negative stress (dystress) often leads to additional stress and imbalances of the body, which in turn can express themselves in pain and various symptoms. These can manifest themselves in various symptoms and do not necessarily have to occur at the source. In the increasingly hectic lifestyle of our society, physiotherapy is playing an increasingly important role.

The human being must be seen as a unity of body and mind and treated as such. Our team understands how to strengthen the body through various therapies for everyday life.

Our therapies are recognized and payable by all health insurance companies with a medical physiotherapy prescription. Myoreflex therapy, craniosacral therapy, classical massages as well as Pilates and back gymnastics can be claimed in the supplementary insurance. Please ask your health insurance.

We also have an ASCA and EMR billing number (Swiss Medical Register). If you have a supplementary insurance for alternative insurance, you will be charged a certain number, or a percentage, depending on your insurance. Please check with your insurance company.

After completion of or during ongoing therapy, there is the possibility of strength and endurance training at the Injoy Kreuzlingen fitness center. With a doctor's prescription, we can care for our patients directly in the studio. After completion of therapy, there is the possibility of independent training with a discounted subscription for three months.
