On the one hand, the OnePhysio team specializes in physiotherapy in the orthopedic field (for example, after injuries, overuse and degenerative problems, deformities, etc.). This includes, for example, pain in the back or joint replacement in the hip or knee.

Often not only athletes have typical so-called "sports injuries" (e.g. cruciate ligament rupture). Orthopedic problems such as shoulder and neck complaints also occur in people with predominantly sedentary jobs.

On the other hand, the team of OnePhysio deals intensively with physiotherapeutic questions of hobby and competitive athletes.

Manual treatment techniques as well as the promotion of our patients' activity are in the foreground at OnePhysio. If necessary, an individual training plan, especially in the areas of strength, coordination and stretching, is created or existing training plans are reviewed and adapted.

This combination enables an optimal rehabilitation and reintegration into the sport/everyday life of the athlete/patient.

OnePhysio also works together with doctors from the fields of sports medicine, orthopedics and family doctors and can thus guarantee optimal physiotherapeutic care.
