Treatments: Sessions designed to bring the body out of its state of alertness and constant vigilance, by rebuilding a reassuring sensory base. Recognizing internal criteria, enabling us to understand our own organic defense strategies, states of alertness, fear, calm and connection. Understanding the meaning of pain. Analysis of movements that cause fear or pain. Progressive exposure to these movements, with control and reduction of the state of organic alertness. Gain autonomy.
