Physiotherapy

Two spacious closed treatment rooms are available for physiotherapeutic treatments. In addition, the training room and the entire infrastructure are available to the patients free of charge for therapy as well as on therapy-free days. This way we are able to accompany and arrange the rehabilitation in an optimal way.

The most important components in our physiotherapeutic treatments are:

• The knowledge of wound healing and the resilience of the

• connective tissue in the rehabilitation of injuries or after

• operations.

• The knowledge about and experience with myofascial

• Pain syndrome and myofascial trigger point therapy.

• We both treat with manual techniques, Erik-Jan de Roos

• additionally with dry needling.

• Manual techniques according to Kaltenborn/Evjenth and McKenzie.

• A holistic view of human health as a bio-psycho-social being.

Training

We offer strength and coordination training on 72 m2. There is also a separate room for endurance training (18 m2), two dressing rooms and a shower. The training rooms are used for therapeutic purposes by patients as well as by private clients by means of a training subscription.
In our training we attach great importance to intensive and individual support.
That is why our subscriptions are based on a training goal for 3, 6 or 12 months. To ensure that the training goal is actually achieved, the program should be regularly reviewed and adjusted. Often strength training is a complementary training to everyday life or other sports activities.

With an always adapted program it is possible to prepare for the competition season, outdoor activities in summer or garden time. The training with targeted muscle tensions, triggers structural and functional adaptations in the tissues (muscles, bones, ligaments, nerves).

These adaptations increase the resilience of the tissues and lead to an increase in performance.

Two workouts a week are enough to achieve adaptations in the tissues.
