Praxis Feierabend (Illnau)

As a complementary therapist with an industry certificate in the Structural Integration method, I take a holistic view of people. Together with my clients, I work out the treatment goals and shape the treatment process with them in an interactive exchange. The aim of this process is to promote my clients' self-regulation, self-awareness and recovery skills and to strengthen and utilize their resources.

Thanks to my various training courses as a sports, manual and visceral therapist as well as a therapist in myofascial release and structural integration, I can draw on a broad, well-founded knowledge base.

I accompany my clients with great interest on the way to their personal goal. I also support interested athletes and sports institutions on their journey.
