Craniosacral therapy

Craniosacral therapy (Latin "cranium" = skull, "sacrum" = sacral bone) is a holistic treatment method that goes back to the American physician and founder of osteopathy Dr. Andrew Taylor Still and was further developed by the physician and osteopath Dr. William G. Sutherland.

The two poles of the skull and sacrum form a unit with the brain and spinal cord membranes, in which the cerebrospinal fluid pulsates rhythmically. This rhythm continues from the skull via the spine to the sacrum, is transmitted to the entire body and influences the development and functioning of the human being.

The goal of craniosacral therapy is to detect and treat dysfunctions in various levels or structures of the body, to strengthen the body's own resources and thereby support the body in its self-healing process.

This form of treatment can be applied to people of all ages, from newborns to the elderly.

Medical massage

A medical massage aims to balance imbalances in the skin, muscles, circulatory system, nervous system or more. Acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, whiplash, lipedema and more can be relieved. Various methods of medical massage are available for this purpose:
