Physiotherapie Muschal (Frauenfeld)

At a young age, I suffered a damaged disc - the only thing that had an effect was physiotherapy. This experience awakened my interest in the human body, and I took away from it the knowledge that exercise can work wonders even in bad times.

I subsequently trained as a physiotherapist and attended further training courses in manual therapy and other techniques dealing with the musculoskeletal system. However, I was not completely satisfied with all this. I was disturbed by the fact that the human body was always regarded as an organ-, soul- and mindless machine and an object of wear and tear. From my personal martial arts experiences as well as against the background of my father's psychological activities, I knew that the human being is more than a physical body. I am convinced that the human being has self-healing powers that can work if the necessary conditions are given in several levels that make up the human being. Thus, I decided to pursue further education in holistic disciplines such as kinesiology and osteopathy.

I started my own business in order to be able to work under my own conditions, to pass on my knowledge and to be able to help my patients.

This sets me apart from other physiotherapists:

I have been working as a physical therapist for 15 years with great pleasure. During this time I have not only acquired a large repertoire of techniques, but also a holistic way of working. Thus, I consider the patient as an individual and propose a treatment that is completely tailored to each person, not a blanket treatment. In doing so, I proceed purposefully, but always remain human and empathetic.

Personally, I attach great importance to a healthy diet and sports, and I orient myself to nature. I also let these experiences flow into the treatment.
