I was the first therapist in Switzerland to be trained by Klaus Bernhardt in his method and specialized in coaching for anxiety and panic attacks.

I am thrilled every day to work with my clients and to accompany, support and motivate them on their way to a free, self-determined life.

I discovered the Bernhardt Method when I realized what fear and panic can do to a person in my close environment. I simply could not believe that there was no way out of this "trap", this hopeless situation, out of this powerless being at the mercy of these feelings, images, thoughts, this fearful looking inward.

In my search for solutions, I came across the Bernhardt Method, which immediately excited me, because it corresponded to everything I had learned and experienced up to that point, and combined with it to form a meaningful whole.

I am also a qualified physiotherapist and have been running my own practice since 2000. In addition to conventional medicine, I have also completed training in complementary medicine, including neurofeedback therapy.

I have a wealth of experience from my many years of successful work with people with complex complaints and chronic disease processes or pain patients. Central for me is always a holistic approach, which means that the human being as a whole is always in the center of my attention.
