Physio Polasek (Binningen)

The Physio Polasek team consists of experienced therapists with various specialties and techniques in the areas of manual therapies, massages, lymphatic drainage, passive measures, as well as home visits to the elderly.

Due to our enjoyment of sports, combined with our physiotherapy education, our specialty is sports physiotherapy, rehabilitation and training including performance diagnostics.

Based on the medical diagnosis, we begin each treatment with a detailed initial consultation and an accurate assessment of the findings. With an adapted therapy and possibly an accompanying training, the physical fitness is increased after a short time and thus the quality of life is significantly increased.

For our patients and clients we create a precise rehabilitation plan (pain relief, reharmonization - active movement therapy - training of physical deficits). It is our goal, not only post-treatment, but also preventive, to activate people to more movement in the area of strength, endurance and coordination, supplemented by good nutrition and mental training.
