The Leukerbad Clinic is committed to the mission of maintaining, nurturing and improving long-term health - both physical and psychological - through multidisciplinary rehabilitation. We consider each patient as a whole and care for them individually. Since 1961, the clinic has specialized in musculoskeletal rehabilitation after surgery or for chronic pain. In addition, it offers services of integrative medicine, which combines treatments of conventional medicine with alternative therapies. It is on the hospital list of the Canton of Valais and accepts patients from all over Switzerland whose treatment is covered by the compulsory health insurance (KVG) or a supplementary insurance (semi-private or private). With the outpatient center Leukermed, it cares for both inpatients and outpatients, whether for a cure or a selective therapy. With 1,570 m2 of medical training therapy area, two thermal water pools - outside and inside - and a competent team of enthusiastic and bilingual therapists, the best conditions have been put together to regain the greatest possible autonomy.
