Lenggenhager Christine (St. Gallen)

Christine Lenggenhager Berti Music and movement have been a part of my life since early childhood. For over 40 years I have also been professionally involved with the body, its possibilities and limitations.

My whole work is shaped and permeated by Medau gymnastics (3 years full time in Coburg BRD). Enriching came the dance pedagogy (Jutta Czurda) and the Spiraldynamik as well as innumerable advanced trainings in Feldenkrais, Yoga and Folklore. For more than 30 years I have been teaching gymnastics at summer courses of the Medau-Schule in Coburg (BRD), the summer courses in Chichester (GB) and in St.Arbogast (A).

I was also interested in working directly with clients. This began with the training as a medical masseuse, became more and more subtle from Craniosacral Therapy to Innerwise according to Uwe Albrecht (in training). Foot reflexology, lymphatic drainage and acupuncture massage according to Radloff complete my offer.

I can recharge my batteries and find peace in nature, in meditation, which I have been practicing for 25 years, and inner guidance is given to me again and again through dreams.

Since 1986 I have my Studio for Moving and Healing in St. Gallen. I am a member of the following associations: EMR, Cranio Suisse, BGB and Qualicert. Recognition by health insurances with corresponding additional insurance
