The Cantonal Hospital Obwalden (KSOW) is idyllically located in a park-like setting by the lake, with a magnificent view of the intact, pre-Alpine landscape.

The KSOW primarily provides basic care for the population, for guests of summer and winter tourism and for passers-by. Since the free choice of hospital, patients from outside the canton can also make uncomplicated use of our services.
