Monika Graf "Standstill is regression": This is the motto under which I have placed my personal as well as professional development.

Certified physiotherapist, naturopath, manual therapist, nutritionist, education and training in personal coaching.

After completing a 4-year training as a physiotherapist in Zurich, I began my path of further development. Techniques such as McKenzie, Maitland, Kaltenborn, for manual therapies with a diploma degree or hemiplegia training according to Bobath, followed by taping seminars, training as a sports physiotherapist, golf physiotherapist and scoliosis treatments according to Schroth. Annual refreshers in manual therapy and dry needling are a matter of course. I have also been working for years with fascia techniques such as craniosacral therapy, Boeger treatments and fascia taping according to Markus Erhard.

Soon the world of conventional medicine was too limiting for me and I began to orient myself holistically. With the 3-year training as a naturopath, previously undreamed-of possibilities and combinations opened up for me to advise and treat my clients even more optimally, e.g. with homeopathy, Bach flowers and Schuessler salts, biotensor, bioresonance and radionics, orthomolecular therapy, psycho-physiognomy, hypnosis and detoxification techniques such as cupping or body detox.

As a trained consultant for intestinal health, I have the latest laboratory methods of examination and the most modern preparations at my disposal to make your intestines fit again.

Through further knowledge in the energetic field and personal coaching I am equipped to accompany you competently also in the field of life counseling with the help of toe reading, radionic analysis and treatments as well as relaxation techniques.
