We are five CRS Certified Physiotherapists and one Secretary. We welcome you to our recently remodeled and air-conditioned practice. Within our physiotherapy practice, we have set a goal to offer quality treatments tailored to the needs of the individual patient. We are currently able to offer therapies for every age group: thanks to the ample space of our gymnasium, we treat children and young people by carrying out therapies in a creative way even for the youngest (also using games, including the Wii balance platform); for adults, we have various spaces, including individual cabins, a gymnasium with muscle-strengthening equipment and open spaces dedicated to active exercises; on the other hand, with regard to the elderly, we carry out both therapies within our office and therapies at the patient's home in addition to the therapeutic service for the Mater Christi elderly home in Grono. Our therapists specialize in various fields, which are different from each other, such as manual lymphatic drainage, which is used to drain edema in various parts of the body. On the other hand, to maintain a trained and balanced body, we offer more options: variable duration subscriptions to our gymnasium, equipped with cardiovascular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation equipment; therapies with TRX instruction, a piece of equipment composed of straps that allows the training of the whole body, suitable for everyone, sportsmen and women and non-sportsmen; finally, we offer variable duration subscriptions to our Pilates classes, a discipline carried out on a mat, which aims to strengthen back and abdominal muscles. Thanks to a complementary therapist working at our studio, we are able to offer Foot Reflexology and Orthobionomy therapies. Last but not least, we think not only of the well-being of the body, but also of the stillness of the spirit, offering Yoga classes, held in our small, cozy, clean and quiet gym.
