Feldenkrais Praxis Brigitte Lackner GmbH (Suhr)

I acquired the thorough craft of physiotherapy in 1987. The first experiences with the Feldenkrais Method already fell during this time of my initial training and was a profound key experience for my personal and professional development: "Become who you are" . This was already the origin of my happiness today, that vocation could become profession.

In the center of my work is the human being in his whole being and becoming.

In addition to my education and experience, what counts for me above all is love for people, humor, professional competence, presence and intuition.

The tools are mindfulness, movement and dialogue through touch and language.

I understand my work as a contribution to more clarity and self-empowerment - understanding, insight and functionality - in the concerns of my clients and as an offer to follow this research together.

As individual as people are, as diverse is the whole range of possible concerns in my daily practice: From the injured athlete to the tense computer woman; from the developmentally delayed child to the gait-impaired elderly; from aftercare after surgery, rehabilitation after accident/illness; stress reduction in case of insomnia, exhaustion syndrome, vegetative complaints; mindfulness training; support in challenging life situations, to long-term support in case of chronic diseases such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, stroke; in addition to all the complaints with which the musculoskeletal system can commonly challenge us.
