We are constantly on the lookout for new knowledge and new connections. And you can encounter these impulses everywhere.

Whether it's with pastoral nomads in Uganda, our work with Big--Surfers in Hawaii, caring for extreme cyclists, our daily work with patients, continuing education, or simply in our child's kindergarten. Everywhere we come across information, learning opportunities or new knowledge.

The point is to give these new impressions space again and again, so that they fall on fertile ground and can perhaps mature into knowledge.

But "chance only strikes the prepared mind," said Louis Pasteur. Maria Montessori speaks of the "prepared learning environment".

So development is always about creating space and being present. There can be no change if the patient has just enough strength to cope with everyday life as it is. This conviction is the basis of our concept at Circles.
