Many patients find it difficult to reach the medical center by telephone. We do our best, but we are literally inundated with calls - for example, on November 4, a peak of 52 calls in 30 minutes! You can send us e-mails, but we can't guarantee a rapid response for the same reasons. Thank you for your understanding. The current aim is to slow the spread of the epidemic, protect particularly vulnerable people and enable health services to treat serious cases.

• For patients with suspect criteria: In the event of acute symptoms of respiratory infection (e.g. cough and/or fever ≥ 38°C, loss of smell, flu-like symptoms), the center performs nasopharyngeal covoid screening. It is advisable to call ahead to find out about the protocol.

• Organization:

• Waiting rooms are organized according to safety distances, and systematic hand decontamination is mandatory.

• During consultations, except for children, it is recommended that accompanying persons remain outside the premises.

• Home visits are possible if necessary, after a telephone consultation.

• Consultations can be arranged by telephone, Skype or WhatsApp if possible.

The center is open all year round, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Consultations are by appointment only, and the center is suitable for minor emergencies.
