Arcada (Uster)

Since 1991 I have been working independently as a physical and body therapist with my own billing number and since 1998 in my own practice in Uster ZH. As the sum of my training and experience, I include the whole body as well as the psyche of the person in my treatments.

A main focus of my treatment concepts includes posture and movement of the human being. After determining the problem and agreeing on the goal, I work with the client according to the following concept:

• Perception
• Awareness including understanding of anatomy and physiology
• work on the affected structures and functions, including coordination training of the whole body
• Integration into everyday life.

IMG_2058 Various additional trainings such as Spiraldynamik® (specialist advanced level), HNC (advanced level), NMK, Psychosomatics .... The additional trainings in Spiraldynamik® and dance have contributed significantly to my treatment approach.

Also my experience in rehabilitation, SUVA Bellikon, has influenced me and my career.

I treat people of all ages (including children) with functional complaints and / or pain symptoms.

Other specialties include visceral osteopathy (organ treatment), manual therapy according to Maitland, meridian therapy and the treatment of craniofacial and craniomandibular (head and jaw) dysfunctions.

Another focus of therapy is psychosomatics. My training in process-oriented psychology, expressive therapy and three years of work experience in a psychiatric clinic serve as a basis for this.
