Our ambition is to provide the residents in and around Gümligen with high quality fitness and health services, this in the areas of physiotherapy, training and nutrition. We are more than just a fitness center, we are a health center and want to support our customers as much as possible, regardless of their age or fitness level.

We want to accompany people as holistically as possible and individually according to their needs on the path to better health, well-being and performance. Personal advice and support, as well as regular program adjustments are an integral part of our service.

Physiotherapy is paid by the basic insurance from the respective health insurance. After the prescription has been issued, we take care of the billing.

Massages can be paid by the additional insurance.

Before or after the therapy / massage you can train free of charge in our fitness center.
