As Madame Françoise Mézières (creator of the Mézières Method) used to say: "It's not necessarily at the point of pain that the problem has set in".

Through the Microkinesitherapy technique, I've learned to use touch to release energy and listen to what's happening in the body, in the various tissues.

In my treatment sessions, I use my hands as sensors and receivers of blockages in different parts of the body. I touch the painful places my patient tells me about, but thanks to this touch and the sensitivity I've developed in my conscious hands developed in my conscious hands; I go even further into different tissue layers (muscular, connective, bone, organic or nervous tissue), and other areas, to release other tensions that have been retracted by previous traumas. I also use the harmonic voice to help the tissue relax.

There's a kind of communication between my hands and the person's body, which will tell me where to touch to release by creating an energetic release.

The effects of my touch will be: Greater relaxation, harmonization of different tissues, improved blood and lymph circulation, greater unity of body, mind and consciousness, better breathing, inner confidence, fluidity and freedom of being.

Once more relaxed, patients are better able to strengthen weak areas, as their body proprioception has increased.

As soon as the first signs of new awareness appear, the patient and I can work together to rehabilitate postures that will help him/her to become an actor in his/her physical positions, movements, gestures and the management of daily activities. If necessary, I'll give him advice on healthy eating and gymnastics to do at home, to help him regain full autonomy in his life.
