We attach particular importance to a targeted, individually designed treatment and we also make house calls on request. We are recognized by health insurance companies, so that you have the possibility to our services through your supplementary insurance.

Fitness Bahnhofstrasse

In the fitness area we offer you the possibility to train under personal, therapeutic supervision or independently. There are a variety of options for this, such as weight machines, dumbbells, cable pulley, various cross trainers, treadmill and power plate. A personal program is put together for each individual customer.

A trial training is possible by appointment and is of course free of charge. Prices Fitness Subscription 1 year CHF 690.- 6 months CHF 480.- 3 months CHF 280.- AHV pensioners, couples as well as students and apprentices receive a 10% discount on the prices. Thanks to our electronic access system, the fitness area can be used continuously, even on Saturday and Sunday.
