Guiding principles

My work is based on the most holistic aspects of being human: Body, soul and spirit are understood as one.
Accordingly, I strongly weight the personal concerns of the client in my treatments in the sense of empathically TO BE TOUCHED DEEPLY.

This does not exclude the active cooperation of the client, on the contrary: only through the real perception of one's own body (soul, spirit), among other things through touch, the actual motivation for active improvement (maintenance) of the health condition arises.
Instructions for home exercises are also part of my sessions.
They take place in a quiet, friendly, stress-free environment.
