Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is a form of therapy that can be used mainly with acute or chronic, painful or painless movement disorders of the spine and other joints, muscles and nerves.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage is used in many ways.

Areas of application can be, among others:

• Decongestion of edematous body regions, such as trunk and extremities after trauma (e.g. sports injuries) or operations (e.g. hip or knee replacement).
• Decongestion after tumor treatment or lymph node removal.

**Dry Needling

Dry needling is not to be confused with classical Chinese acupuncture. Dry needling treats so-called "trigger points", which are worked on with the help of the acupuncture needle, whereby the tone of the musculature can be lowered quickly and significantly.

Areas of application can be:

• severe neck tension
• migraine
• slipped discs
• back problems in general
• general hard tension in athletes
• tennis or golfer's arm

**Foot reflex zone therapy

In foot reflex zone therapy, targeted pressure (the therapist's thumb or via a special foot reflex zone wand) is applied to the respective zone. Each body region is assigned to a specific foot zone. For example, the trapezius muscle (neck muscle) is assigned under the 4th and 5th toes.

Areas of application are very versatile here:

• Migraine or headache
• neck and back problems
• digestive problems
• general circulatory disorders
• lymphatic disorders
• general nervousness or stress

**Osteopathy technique

Osteopathy is an independent professional group in medicine. The diagnosis and treatment is done with the hands. In osteopathy, one gets to the bottom of the causes of the complaints and treats the person in its entirety.
