MOVEMENT IS LIFE AND A PREREQUISITE FOR HEALING Behind the basic philosophy of our practice is in particular Esther Pachmann's enthusiasm for sports. Already in her childhood and later as a youth trainer and coach of the Swiss national bobsleigh team, it was a pleasure for her to share the fun of movement. In 2008 at the latest, after training as a sports physiotherapist and completing several further training courses, Esther Pachmann knew: the "perfect" physiotherapy lets the patient be as active as possible. In 2010, Esther Pachmann and a colleague ventured into self-employment and opened a small practice. This was affiliated with a fitness studio and had free access to its equipment. This new approach, which combined consistent treatment with a high degree of personal initiative, fell on fertile ground and more and more doctors recommended our practice to their patients.

While active therapy with targeted training became more and more established in general, we moved to larger premises: There, thanks to our own specific training equipment and an expanded team, we were able to steadily expand our range of services. Today, our employees with different specialties cover the entire treatment spectrum. We work hand in hand and share the conviction for the active approach.

Despite all professionalism, we attach great importance to a warm atmosphere. As much as we like to welcome you in our practice - we are also happy when you leave us healthy again. In addition to patients with acute or chronic complaints, we welcome athletes who want to improve their performance. Regardless of your basic constitution, age or weight, you will receive suitable exercises from us for more health, well-being or fitness.
