Physiofit (Lausanne)

Physiofit is a physiotherapy and personal training practice with a state-of-the-art PRECOR-equipped medicalized fitness center and a functional room.

Our practice opened in June 2016, and we've opted for ultra-modern, high-performance equipment such as a QUEENAX ONE and a host of fun and highly effective tools to help you achieve your goals and get back on your feet as quickly as possible.

All your rehabilitation is covered by your basic health insurance, and treatment is reimbursed by the LAMal or your accident insurance.

You can start your physiotherapy treatment with 30 minutes of manual therapy and care, followed by a personalized active exercise program in a medicalized fitness room and functional room. You'll finish your treatment with stretching exercises to restore your sense of calm. You'll even have the chance to hydrate and recharge optimally before/during/after your workout with sports drinks and snacks from our Swiss partner brand Inkospor.

Outside your physiotherapy appointments, you'll have free, unlimited access to the practice's facilities during opening hours, so you can train and carry out your program independently for the duration of your rehabilitation.

Physiofit sees itself as a physiotherapy and peronsal training practice open to all, but also more specifically to sportsmen and women. After working for several years with Team Vaud foot elite U18 and for 2 years with the 1st team of Lausanne Sport FC, this year we are collaborating with the first team of FC Stade Lausanne Ouchy, who play in the 1st promotion league and who play the leading roles in their category every year.
