Our certified physiotherapists are recognized by all health insurance companies and the Swiss Red Cross (SRK). In addition, we have an EMR quality certificate which is recognized by the supplementary insurance companies.

We treat patients of all ages with acute or chronic complaints, after an operation or after an accident.

Our specialties are sports physiotherapy, orthopedics and neurology.

From the point of view of a long experience, it is important that at the same time as passive physiotherapy, specific physical exercises (on the part of the patient) are carried out in order to achieve a better result.

Medical training therapy (MTT)

Medical training therapy is a targeted training to increase performance. Methods are used to improve strength, endurance and coordination, with movement as the means of therapy.

An MTT prescription is issued by a physician. During MTT, patients learn exercises under physiotherapeutic guidance or a fitness trainer in order to be able to perform the first movements again after an injury or surgery.

The training takes place on strength equipment, among other things. The fine gradation of the weights on the machines enables a more precise dosage of the load and prevents incorrect loading of the joints.

After the first appointment with our physiotherapist, a detailed briefing takes place following a personal consultation. A training plan corresponding to the diagnostic picture is created, which is constantly adapted to the current training status. In this way, the body can be ideally trained.
