Classical Homeopathy Based on a detailed anamnesis with the patient, a homeopathic medicine is prescribed that covers the totality of the symptoms. The medicine gives the body an impulse that activates the self-healing powers. The healing is fast, gentle and lasting. Homeopathic medicines are used to treat people with acute as well as chronic diseases. Mental imbalance is stabilized and the constitution is strengthened.

Craniosacral Osteopathy With very fine manual techniques, restrictions of the craniosacral rhythm are eliminated all over the body. This allows the body structures to relax, which improves blood circulation and nourishment of the tissues. Regeneration and healing on a physical as well as on a psychological level is made possible.

Classical massage This manual therapy uses various massage techniques to relieve painful tension and hardening of muscles, tendons and ligaments, and to make bones such as vertebrae, ribs and joints flexible. The massage has a regulating effect on the internal organs and calms the psyche.

Foot reflexology By stimulating the reflex zones on the feet, all structures of the body are stimulated. Organs are better supplied with blood and muscles are relaxed, so that a healing process can start.

Connective tissue massage By stimulating the reflex zones in the connective tissue, especially in the back, the deeper structures of the body are influenced. Muscles and internal organs are better supplied with blood, which is the basis for any healing.

Manual lymphatic drainage The drainage of oedemas, swellings or congestions due to diseases of the lymphatic system, venous diseases, but also due to injuries, is improved manually. If necessary, the edematous areas are also bandaged.

Gentle vertebral therapy according to Dorn The joints of the musculoskeletal system are controlled and, if necessary, straightened in a gentle way. Only when the bone system functions without restrictions can the nervous system and organs work well.

Consultations in herbal medicine and dietetics If it is useful for the treatment, I make recommendations for the use of medicinal plants and for a healthy diet.

Health insurance

By registering as a therapist with the Naturopathic Physicians Association of Switzerland NVS and with the Empirical Medical Register EMR, the therapy sessions are reimbursed by the health insurance companies through the supplementary insurance.
