Fitness & Physio Zentrum First (Feusisberg)

Our Fitness & Physio Center is aimed at customers who want to increase their performance or regain, maintain or promote their health. We are also specifically prepared for sports enthusiasts (from amateur to elite athletes), with suitable training equipment as well as with appropriate training and professional skills.

A wide range of services is available to ensure that you find what you are looking for in the areas of fitness training (a wide variety of training for all muscle groups is possible, either independently or 1 to 1 in personal training), performance diagnostics, physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, classical and sports massage, and nutritional counseling.

We are a member of the Swiss Physiotherapy Association (PhysioSwiss) as well as ZSR and EMR certified, which means that the physiotherapy services are covered by the basic health insurance and the massage services are covered by the corresponding supplementary health insurance.

We have installed an efficient ventilation system, which has no recirculated air component. The room air is permanently actively extracted and conveyed to the outside separately from the finely filtered fresh air supply. The fresh supply air is adaptively air-conditioned.
