TREATMENT

An FDM therapy is always adapted to your individual needs. This requires close cooperation between patient and therapist and means that I discuss each of my treatment steps with you and only perform them with your consent. This enables a goal-oriented and efficient therapy. If no satisfactory change in your symptoms is apparent after 2-3 treatments, you can terminate the therapy at any time.
However, it is important for me to refer you to other experts (doctors and therapists) if necessary.
Please note that FDM therapy is goal-oriented and not time-oriented.
For each treatment 30 minutes are scheduled and per therapy unit 80 Swiss francs (self-payer) are charged, with a doctor's prescription can be billed through the health insurance.
It is possible that certain hand movements by the therapist are painful.

In the case of longstanding complaints, pain may increase and hematomas (bruises) may appear after the first treatments for 3-7 days. However, these side effects usually decrease with each subsequent treatment.
